What's blooming in my garden

Phlox paniculata
I think this one is called John Fanick.
Another good cutting flower that is kind to me
in spite of my forgetful gardening ways.
Day Lily
Not good for much except a single day of breathtaking beauty.

Even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Matthew 6:29

BEE-YU-TI-FUL. I have a niece named Lily who's two and she just realized a few months back that her name is after a flower - one of these. It was adorable to see the light go on for her. There's something so special about lilies, especially the ones that only last a day...

Phlox come in different types?! Well. I thought that phlox was just a uniform thing! Your flowers are gorgeous!
