**Edited to add for those of you wondering: they are jumping off that chair!!** Still pretty cool, huh?
I wish I could say my "orders" had anything to do with getting my mailbox painted.
But it was strictly a volunteer effort by my hardest worker.
Naturally, dressing for the occasion makes the work seem more serious.
Didn't she do a great job?

I said, "Jump." They said, "How high?"
Of course, all this jumping was when they were "supposed" to be getting ready for bed...

Looks great!
What a good helper! Genie pose looks a little hard! :D
The cross-sitting-legs-in-the-air pose is the best!!! :)
I'm actually amazed at that genie pose...any tricks to getting that picture? I was definitely smiling reading this post today.
Oh man--can she come and paint mine?? Ours is an embarrassment to the neighborhood.
How did you do that genie pose?? photo shop??
No photo shop. That is an actual jump - perhaps it was that the photographer is 8 years old (one of the few shorter than me in this household??).
The genie pose is amazing! Was she on a trampoline?
What a great little helper you have. I'll holding out that my kids will actually be helpful someday, too! (I'm just kidding - my oldest is only 7 and already a big help.)
That is SOME jumping! Seriously.
I would guess yes on the trampoline. My brother loves to pull that stunt. Great job on the mailbox, I hope you wanted black. :)
Great pictures! And job well done on the mailbox. I love that you have your mailboxes near the street like that. Do you ever pick up the mail in your jammies? Here all the mailboxes are on the houses so I can usually sneak out without anyone noticing me and my bed head...lol.
Awesome job on the mailbox! Can she come and paint mine?
Wow! What initiative! And I love the genie jump.
cool genie pics!!!
Those pictures are too funny. Give your hard worker a squeeze from me. She did an excellent job!
My kids' jaws hit the floor when I showed them the genie pose. I hope I didn't give them any ideas...
