Living a life of simplicity

My sister, Rachel Anne at HomeSanctuary, has written two excellent posts on living a life of simplicity, even in our fast-paced culture.

The first one, The Pursuit of a Simpler Life talks about the daily choices we need to make to live simply. She says,
Simplifying means taking a hard look at the time, money and resources you have been given, and then choosing to live within them.
The second one, Sports and the Simpler Life hits most of us with school-age kids right between the eyes. For those of you with little ones, now is the time to start settling your convictions about "how much is enough," because opportunities for insanity 'sports' (be honest: can you call anything a sport when three-year-olds are involved?) start at younger and younger ages (my take on preschool activities can be found here). You'll be challenged to look at your kids' activities in a new way.

And now, I'm back to simplifying my kids' closets.

I read both of your sister's posts and they are both excellent.

Say when you're done your kids closets, I'm giving you an official invite to come on over and tackle ours. I'll even get you whatever tea you want and something decadently chocolate!
