Matching teeth

It took about twelve shots to get both mouths open and both girls facing forward at the same time to view the missing teeth.
Annie (6) lost her tooth last week while eating a grilled cheese sandwich. Last year, when Ruthie's (3) got knocked out, things weren't nearly so happy. But now that the girls match (their favorite thing), it's one more memory for them to share of their sweet girlhood together.

Oh, I could just eat this up.

Oh, I was thinking "I could just eat them up!" during the whole post, and then I got to your last sentence and burst out laughing!
*So* glad you caught this on camera!

So funny because I just read the post about last year and the tooth getting knocked out when I was on your about page yesterday!

Sadly our 14 month old fell in the driveway a few days ago, and we took her to the dentist Tuesday. He had to cut the left section of her front tooth away because there was a vertical fracture that went all the way up into her gumline... and we'll know by Monday if he will have to cut the whole tooth out... which would mean a big hole for 4-6 years!!! :(

This picture is so adorable, though!! Grilled cheese sandwich!

Our 3 year old Savannah (now 9) had to have her front tooth pulled due to a fall. She was soooo proud to be like her older sisters losing her tooth. It's still one of her favorite memories...going to the dentist on the Saturday before Christmas...having "sleepy juice"...Why can't we look at the bright side like that in the midst of adversity?? I love the pics of your girlies! They are precious!
