My sister is really awesome. I am more thankful for her "being there" for me, now in the thick of motherhood, more than I could have imagined as we waded together through those hormonal teenage years. We live too far apart to see each other as often as we like, and our husbands complain about the phone bill, but it's so worth it! I love you, Rachel!
Today Ruthie-4 and I are taking Rachel Anne out to a birthday lunch (yesterday was her birthday).
While we're catching up on life, why don't you visit her, wish her happy birthday, and let her know how much you appreciate her posting Small Things each and every day (you can see that she is the "get it done" person in the family!). Her blog is not a personal diary like mine is, but you can be sure, when she writes, it comes from a life that lives out what she believes. She is fun, funny, creative, hardworking, thoughtful. Most of all, she is the Real Deal.
You'll encouraged by today's post and November's Company Girl verse:
