When we lived in the city, all of our cats were &quot;fixed;&quot; however, we are in the country. There is not a cat overpopulation here; in fact, most people I know keep several cats around for decreasing the population of vermin that would most certainly overrun our properties, including, but not limited to mice, rats, skunks, snakes and rabbits (who multiply much faster than cats).
