This is my first time here, and I'll definitely be back. Thank you for that reminder, as I daily hold myself back from the temptation to parent my children within a hamster ball...so to speak...or should I say a bubble--bubbles are cleaner.

You were blessed with wise parents. It is a rare blessing indeed.

I sit with tears in my eyes... Oh how God is working in my heart. I am such a slow learner. I feel my sense beginning to parent out of fear... I have a nine year old now! :) This post was beautiful and timely for my heart.

I am SO glad you took a bloggie break (but, come back eventually!) so you could re-post this PHENOMENAL post. I need to read this, and I'm going to share it with my husband too.
